Contractor Accounts Guide - Version 5.0

Introduction

This guide provides an overview of the updated contractor account features in MyRheem Version 5. These updates apply across all branded versions of the site.

Contractor accounts are dedicated profiles for businesses to maintain their professional relationship with Rheem, manage employees, track warranties, and monitor performance.


What are Contractor Accounts?

Contractor accounts allow businesses to:

  • Manage company details and branding - Upload your logo and update company information
  • Add and manage team members - Control user access and permissions
  • View and maintain distributor relationships - Track your distributor partners
  • Track warranty and rebate claim registrations - Monitor all registrations in one place
  • Monitor Pro Partner status and performance - View report cards and enrollment status
  • Update business hours and contact information - Keep your profile current

Accessing Your Contractor Account

Step 1: Navigate to My Company

  1. Navigate to the top right corner of the page
  2. Click on the Profile Icon (the person icon)
  3. From the dropdown menu, select My Company


Managing Your Company Profile

Overview Tab

The Overview tab is your central hub for company information and includes:

Company Branding

  • Upload and display your company logo
  • Your company name is prominently displayed

Contractor Details

View and manage your company information including:

  • Company name
  • Login name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Additional contact information

Click the Edit button in the Contractor Details section to update your information.

Addresses and Business Hours

View and edit your:

  • Physical business address
  • Operational hours

Fleet Discount/Verification Letter

Request your fleet discount verification letter directly from the bottom of the Overview tab.


Division-Specific Information

AC Tab

If you participate in the Air Conditioning division, select the AC tab to view:

  • Your participation status
  • Policy renewal date
  • Contractor locator status

WH Tab

For those in the Water Heating division, this tab displays similar details relevant to your WH participation, including:

  • Participation status
  • Policy information
  • Division-specific resources

Managing Users

The Users tab allows you to manage your team members and their access to the platform.

Viewing Users

  1. Select the Users tab
  2. View a list of all users associated with your account
  3. See user details including name, phone, email, city, and state

Managing User Access

  • Use the Edit button to modify user permissions
  • Click + Add User to invite new team members

Managing Distributors

The Distributors tab shows all distributors currently associated with your company.

To view your distributors:

  1. Select the Distributors tab
  2. View all distributors currently associated with your company
  3. See each distributor's name, address, and primary contact information

Viewing Registrations

✨ NEW FEATURE IN VERSION 5!

The Registrations tab is a brand-new feature that centralizes warranty and rebate claim management.

How to Use the Registrations Tab:

  1. Select the Registrations tab
  2. Search for and view your warranty and rebate claim registrations directly from your account
  3. Filter registrations by:
    • Serial number
    • Model number
    • Registration date

This feature makes it easy to track all your warranty registrations and rebate claims in one centralized location.


Pro Partner Features

If you're enrolled in the Pro Partner program, you'll have access to additional features:

Report Card Tab

Pro Partners can view their performance metrics and report cards, including:

  • Performance scores
  • Activity tracking
  • Program compliance status

Pro Partner Tab

Access specific Pro Partner resources and enrollment status:

  • Current enrollment year
  • Pro Partner resources
  • Program benefits and requirements

Important Notes

Contractor Locator

A notification may appear if you are not currently listed on the contractor locator. You can join the program to increase your visibility to potential customers.

Pro Partner Enrollment

A status message will indicate if you are currently enrolled in the Pro Partner program for the current year. Check this section to ensure your enrollment is active.

Multi-Brand Compatibility

These changes apply to all branded versions of the Rheem site, not just the Rheem-branded version.
